debug: add crash boundary and global error handler to surface release crashes

Catches React render errors (ErrorBoundary) and fatal JS errors
(ErrorUtils.setGlobalHandler) and displays the stacktrace on-screen
instead of crashing to desktop. Temporary — remove after crash identified.
